Return & Exchange Policy - anzrout

At anzrout, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. Please read our policy carefully to understand our terms and conditions:

1. Return Window

  • We offer a 3-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • It must be in the same condition that you received it (unused and unworn).

  • It must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase (Order Number).

3. Non-Returnable Items (Exceptions)

Due to the nature of our business, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Customized Products: Any phone case or item that was custom-made, personalized, or modified based on your specific request (e.g., names or custom designs).

  • Sale Items: Items purchased during a promotion or on sale are considered final sale and cannot be returned.

  • Gift Cards.

4. How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us at anzrout@gmail.com to initiate the process.

  2. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

  3. Please Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

5. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the phone case is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong model (e.g., iPhone 15 instead of iPhone 16), contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right at no extra cost to you.

6. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

7. Refunds

  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved.

  • If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please keep in mind it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
