Delivery Locations

We currently ship across the UAE and internationally. All orders are processed and delivered using trusted couriers to ensure fast and secure delivery.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Customized patch selections are prepared carefully to ensure accuracy before shipping.

You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Fees

Free Shipping is automatically applied to all orders 200 AED and above (UAE only).

For orders below 200 AED, a standard shipping fee will apply at checkout.

International shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination.

Estimated Delivery Time

UAE Standard Delivery: 1–3 business days
International Delivery: 5–10 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, holidays, customs clearance procedures, or courier delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your shipment at any time.

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Please make sure your shipping address is accurate.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, customers may be responsible for reshipping fees.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive at all:

Custom Patches & Case Variants

Some phone case models or patch collections may require additional preparation time.
If your order includes special requests or multiple patches, processing may take an extra 1 business day.
